Office lunch trend sparks chaos and company-wide memo: 'Please excuse me while I go destroy your lunch'

A funny joke between coworkers soon spread to the entire workplace! 

What do you bring for lunch each day? It varies between people — some bring leftover dinners, others bring sandwiches, some bring fruit or granola bars. I bring cereal lately because it's super easy, and when I'm packing a lunch in the morning, I don't want to assemble a whole sandwich or something. Plus, if you bring something really delicious and leave it in the office fridge, there's a nonzero chance that someone else will eat it! 

Why would someone steal office food? Good question. It's probably a desperate decision made by someone who hasn't eaten in like 4 hours and can't afford to go buy something for themselves. It's a selfish choice, though, and you'll be the most unpopular person in the office if your coworkers discover that you're the one who's been sneaking away with their leftover lasagna!

With all that in mind, this office got absolutely chaotic with their lunchtime pranks. It started off with just a few people who kept throwing each other's meals away (some coworkers have that dynamic, I guess?).
